Descripton: The work is a study for the painting "Apple Picking in the Chernigov Province" (1898) from the collection of the State Russian Museum. In 1928, the work, together with studies for it, was exhibited at the Posthumous Exhibition of Paintings by Academician of Painting N.A. Sergeev, organized by the Society for the Encouragement of the Arts.
