From 1950 to 1951 he studied at the Kazan Art School. Since 1957 lives in Voronezh. In 1967 he was accepted as a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Member of the board of the Union of Artists of the USSR (1972–1981). In 1976 he was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the RSFSR. Author of several graphic cycles: “Russia is the birthplace of poets”, “Voronezh”, “Industry of the Black Earth Region”, etc. At the end of 1980 - beginning. 2000s created a number of works dedicated to the spiritual revival of Russia, incl. awarded with various awards: posters “Having lost, we cry”, “Cathedral of Christ the Savior”, “My quiet homeland”. Participant of more than 150 regional, zonal, All-Russian, All-Union, international exhibitions since 1964.
