Aksenov Konstantin Nikolaevich

Aksenov Konstantin Nikolaevich (1919 - ).

Artist of monumental and decorative art. Studied at the Moscow State Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov. Student A.A. Deineki. He painted the “Builders” frescoes for the “Kyiv Radialnaya” station of the Moscow Metro (1953), painted the “Builders of Communism” frieze for the auditorium of the Metallurgists’ Palace of Culture in Moscow (1954 Together with K.A. Tutevol), the painting “The Arrival of V.I. Lenin to Russia. April. 1917" (1959, State Russian Museum of the USSR), the panel “Agriculture” (1960 Together with K.A. Tutevol), the panel “Rest” for the foyer of the cultural center of the Gorky Automobile Plant (1962) and many others. She taught at MIPIDI and MVHPU.
