Artist, illustrator. Member of the Union of Artists since 1982. Boris Alexandrovich illustrated more than 150 books. He worked with the most famous literary publishing houses, including Khudozhestvennaya Literatura, Children's Literature, and Soviet Writer. He worked closely with the publishing houses of the magazines “Koster”, “Aurora” and many others. Since 1975, he has participated in annual All-Union exhibitions and exhibitions of the Union of Artists. Since 1993, he has been a regular participant in annual art fairs in the UK - “Artists of Russia”. The most famous literary works published with the participation of Boris Alexandrovich are: “Moby Dick” by G. Melville - for this book in 1986 he received a special diploma at the All-Union Art Fair; "Treasure Island" by R.L. Stevenson, for which he received a special diploma from the Committee on Book Publishing and Printing. Illustrated books by J. Verne, J. Curwood, S. Lewis and many other authors. Many works by B. Anikin are found not only in private collections, but also in the collections of leading galleries in Europe and America. The artist has received many awards and diplomas from art publishing houses and magazines.
