Arepyev Vladimir Alexandrovich (1949, Tula region).

In 1974 he graduated from the Kazan Art School. Since 1978 - member of the association of young artists. Since 1682 - member of the USSR Union of Artists (now the Russian Union of Artists). Personal exhibitions were held in Moscow (1994, 1995, 1996), in Kaluga (1989, 1994, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006), as well as in Tula, Obninsk, Ostroleka (Poland).
