Mikhail Labazov, Andrey Savin, Andrey Cheltsov, the organizers and leaders of the architectural bureau “Art-Blya”, formed in the early 90s, developed the theme of “disposable architecture” and participated in many exhibition projects. The starting point for the joint activities of the group members was participation in architectural competitions. In 1982, they made a project for the Architectural Design magazine “Doll House” competition, and in 1983 they received an honorable mention award in the “Dwelling in Historicism” competition (JA Shinkenchiku, Japan). Describing the creative method of the bureau, A. Cheltsov calls it “contextualism”. Among the implemented projects of the bureau are the Multifunctional complex "Andreevsky Posad" on Prechistenka, the Domino shopping complex on Kaluzhskaya Square, the Sibneft office building complex on Sadovnicheskaya and Balchug streets, the Zhukovka Wold Class Fitness Center - interior design, a Residential building on Levshinsky Lane, etc.
