Avetov Mikhail (Mikael) Nikitich (Mkrtichevich) (1894, Turkmenistan - 1972).

Painter. He studied at the Drawing School of the College of Artists in Petrograd (1915 - 1916) with N.K. Roerich, A.A. Rylov, in the Academy of Arts with D.N. Kardovsky in 1917 - 1918 He taught at the Communist University of the Toilers of the East in Moscow (1922 - 1925). Participated in exhibitions of associations: "Moscow Painters" (1925), "Genesis" (1926 - 1929), "OMKH" (1930 - 1932), MOSH (1931, 1934, 1936, 1937, 1940, 1941). Exhibitions of his works took place in Vladivostok and Chita (1918 - 1920), Samarkand and Simferopol (1943).
