Babich Mikhail Ignatievich

From 1932 to 1937 he studied at the Rostov Art and Industrial College with A. M. Chernykh and S. I. Zhovmir. He taught at the Rostov Art School. M. B. Grekova. Participant of the Great Patriotic War. Member of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR since 1946. Participant of zonal, republican, and foreign exhibitions since 1944. In 1984, a personal exhibition was held. Member of the Board of the Rostov Organization of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR, Chairman of the Board of ROSHA since 1981. Works are in the Rostov Regional Museum of Fine Arts, in the Salsk Art Gallery, in the Azov Art Gallery, in private collections in Russia and abroad.
