Barinov Valery Alexandrovich

Member of the Union of Artists. Born on July 24, 1948 in the village. Verkh-Katunskaya Biysk region, Altai Territory. In 1983 he graduated from the art and graphic department of the Omsk State Pedagogical Institute. He works in watercolor and oil painting techniques, in the genre of landscape and still life. He taught painting and creative arts, was deputy dean of the art and graphic department of the Biysk State Pedagogical University, and taught at the art and graphic department of the Biysk Pedagogical College.
