Belyaev Sergey Vladimirovich (1961, Kirov).

In 1981 he graduated from the Kirov Art School. In 2002 he graduated from the Ural branch of the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture with a degree in Painting, Perm. Member of the All-Russian creative public organization "Union of Artists of Russia". Member of the International Association of Fine Arts - UNESCO AIAP. Senior Lecturer at the Department of Painting and Composition of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. He took part in more than forty group, personal, regional, regional and international exhibitions. The works are in private collections in Russia and abroad.
