Belyakov Vladimir Mikhailovich 1957

Having received a specialized secondary art education, he later trained in studios and workshops in Holland, Germany, and Italy. The center of his work is the creation of paintings stylistically and subject-matter addressed to the era of the 19th century. He paints panoramic landscapes with staffage, narrative canvases in the spirit of German and Russian art of the Biedermeier era. The artist’s works are in the private collections of heads of government and heads of government agencies in more than 30 countries.
