Bessonov Boris Vasilievich (1862, Moscow - 1934, Paris).

Painter, landscape painter. Studied at MUZHVZ with V.G. Perova and A.K. Savrasova. Member of TPHV. Since 1922 he lived in France. Participated in the Salon of Independents since 1931. The favorite motif of Bessonov’s late work was the Russian winter landscape, as well as abandoned noble parks and estates.
