Bilan Petr Ilyich (1921, village of Novaya Nikolaevka, Zaporozhye region).

He studied at the Leningrad Art School (1946-48), then at the Kiev Art Institute (1949-55). Since 1957 he took an active part in exhibitions. The works are in the Kiev Historical Museum, in the Museum of V.I. Lenin in Lvov, as well as in many private collections.
