Bilinsky Boris Konstantinovich (1900-1948)

Graphic artist, painter, theater and film artist. Participated in the Autumn Salons, held in 1930-1934 and 1937-1938. He also took part in the Exhibition of Russian Art in London, held in 1935. In 1940, Bilinsky’s personal exhibition was held in Rome - it took place at the Bragaglia gallery. Bilinsky published a series of articles on the art of creating posters and film costumes on the pages of the French magazines “Cinémagazine”, “Cinéma”, “L’Art Cinématographique”. In the period from 1922 to 1949, Bilinsky took part in the production of more than three dozen films and created the design for a whole series of performances.
