Russian Soviet painter, graphic artist, teacher, author of dioramas and panoramas, member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists. Famous Soviet battle painter. A.A. Blinkov also took part in the creation of monumental works. As a co-author, he completed the panorama "Defense of Petrograd", the dioramas "Storm of the Winter Palace" (1957), "Battle of Volgograd" (1962). He has participated in exhibitions since 1939, exhibiting his works along with works by leading masters of fine art in Leningrad. His works are in the State Russian Museum, in museums and private collections in Russia, Japan, France, Ukraine, Germany and other countries.
