Honored Artist of the RSFSR. I spent my childhood and youth in Kazakhstan. In 1932 he entered school and studied until 1941. 1946-1950 - study at the Moscow Art School. 1950-1956 - studied at the Moscow Art Institute named after Surikov. In 1963 he was admitted to the Union of Artists of the USSR. In 1972 he received the title "Honored Artist of the RSFSR". In 1985, the State Prize of the RSFSR named after. Repina. His works are in many museums in Russia and abroad. Many works were reproduced and published in the press. Since 2004, Pavel Blok has been collaborating with the gallery "Les Oreades".
