Bobylev Sergey Evgenievich (1940, Buturlino village, Gorky region).

Graduated from the Kostroma Art College. Since 1980, for ten years, S.E. Bobylev headed art and production workshops in Kostroma. Member of the Union of Artists since 1984. A personal exhibition took place in 1993 at the Writers' Union. The paintings are in the collections of museums in Ulan-Ude, Kostroma, and in private collections in Russia, England, Japan, Finland, and the USA.
