Back in 1978, analyzing the next exhibition, the famous art critic Alexander Morozov, in his article, calls Elena Borzykh the first “primitivist” of Moscow. She graduates from the art and graphic department of the Omsk Institute. In 1978 he became a member of the Association of Young Artists and Art Critics of the Moscow Union of Artists, and in 1990 a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Works a lot in the field of easel painting and easel graphics. Actively travels throughout Russia and abroad. Joins the Phoenix Association of Artists. Since 2001, member of the expert council of the Kulinich House gallery. Elena Borzykh is the author and participant of more than 100 group and 15 personal exhibitions in the country and abroad. Auction houses such as Christie’s, Druo, Sotheby’s, Luxembourg de Pery have long collaborated with the artist. Lives and works in Moscow. Many articles have been published about the master’s works.
