Borzykh Elena Alekseevna (1951, Leninskoye village, Khabarovsk Territory).

Back in 1978, analyzing the next exhibition, the famous art critic Alexander Morozov, in his article, calls Elena Borzykh the first “primitivist” of Moscow. She graduates from the art and graphic department of the Omsk Institute. In 1978 he became a member of the Association of Young Artists and Art Critics of the Moscow Union of Artists, and in 1990 a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Works a lot in the field of easel painting and easel graphics. Actively travels throughout Russia and abroad. Joins the Phoenix Association of Artists. Since 2001, member of the expert council of the Kulinich House gallery. Elena Borzykh is the author and participant of more than 100 group and 15 personal exhibitions in the country and abroad. Auction houses such as Christie’s, Druo, Sotheby’s, Luxembourg de Pery have long collaborated with the artist. Lives and works in Moscow. Many articles have been published about the master’s works. Thus, art critic Ivan Kuptsov noted: “...The warm range of colors in Elena Borzykh’s canvases conveys the artist’s bright lyrical feeling, her sympathy for the characters and her love for the harmony preserved in life...”. Dostoevsky Museum in St. Petersburg, the Kazan Republican Museum of Fine Arts of Tatarstan, the Regional Art Gallery of Tyumen, the Regional Art Museum of Bryansk, the Crimean Regional Art Museum of Simferopol, The State Museum of Fine Arts named after Nesterov in Ufa, the Republican Museum of Fine Arts of Mari-El Yoshkar-Ola, the State Art Gallery in Naberezhnye Chelny, the State Museum of Omsk, the City Art Gallery of Norilsk, the City Museum of Dudinka, the People's Museum in the Arctic, Tiksi, as well as in the collections of the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Moscow Union of Artists, and in private collections. Abroad, the works are in private collections in Italy, France, Germany, Austria, USA, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Greece, and Great Britain.
