Bralgin Yuri Egorovich (born 1939, village of Marmyshi, Altai Territory).

Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (since 1994). Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (since 1975). In 1967 he graduated from the Far Eastern Institute of Arts. His works are in the museums of Barnaul, G.-Altaisk, Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Iskitim, Tomsk.
