Biography Sergey Bratkov was born in Kharkov in 1960. One of the founders of the artistic group Fast Reaction Group (Fast Reaction Group) together with B. Mikhailov and S. Solonsky. From 1993 to 1997, Bratkov opened the Updown gallery in his Kharkov studio[2]. Since 2000 he has lived and worked in Moscow and Kharkov.
