Burganov Igor Alexandrovich (1973, Moscow).

Born in Moscow in 1973. Graduated from the Moscow State Art and Industrial University named after. S.G. Stroganova. Trained at the Royal Academy of Arts in London and the Berlin Academy of Arts. Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Arts, candidate of art history, associate professor. In 2004 he was awarded the title “Honored Artist” of Russia. Author of the widely known art campaign “Blue Bird of Happiness”. The Blue Bird symbol he created was used in many architectural and artistic objects in Europe and Russia. Currently, he is the director of the Moscow State Museum “House of Burganov”. Deputy of the Municipal Council of Khamovniki (Moscow).
