Chaika Vladimir Viktorovich (1978).

In 1997 he graduated from the painting department of the Moscow Academic Art School in memory of 1905. After graduating from college, since 1997 he has been doing creative work in the city of Vyazma, Smolensk region. In 1997, he was a scholarship recipient of the international charity program “New Names”. In 1994 he took part in the international plein air from the Augsburg Academy of Arts in Irzea (Germany), in 1998 in the international plein air in Didymotikhon (Greece), and in 1999 in the international plein air in Vyazma, Smolensk region. In 2000, at the All-Russian competition of young artists "Artist, Draw Moscow" (organized by the magazine "Young Guard" and the magazine "Student Meridian") he was awarded first place for the series of works "Moscow". Since 2001 - member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
