In 1988-1991 worked at the Creative Painting Workshop of the Russian Academy of Arts under the direction of A.P. Tkachev and S.P. Tkachev. Since 1987, he has been an active participant in Moscow, republican and all-Union exhibitions. In 2005 he was awarded the Silver Medal of the Russian Academy of Arts. The artist's works are in the Thomas Kearns McCarthey gallery in the USA and in private collections around the world.
