Chebotarev Sergey Dmitrievich (1939, Moscow).

Artist, poet, painter. Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1970. In 1967 he graduated from the Moscow Higher Art and Art Pedagogical University (formerly Stroganovsky). He worked at Mosproekt 2, in a workshop under the direction of M.V. Posokhin. In 1976 he graduated from the Institute of the Union of Architects of the USSR. In 2002, a personal exhibition was held at the Central House of Architects.
