He studied at the Moscow Art and Graphic Pedagogical School (1950-54), then at the Moscow State Art Institute named after. V.I. Surikov (1955-61) from M.M. Cheremnykh. Participant of exhibitions since 1959. The artist’s works were exhibited at foreign exhibitions (France, New Zealand-1963; Sweden-1964; Cuba-1966). His works are presented in the Museum of the Academy of Arts, the Kursk Art Gallery, and the Irkutsk Regional Art Museum.
