Daughter of the artist B.N. Deykina. She studied at the Art Studio of the All-Russian Central Council of Trade Unions in Moscow (1939) with M.T. Khazanov, at Moscow State Art Institute named after. V.I. Surikov (1940-1949) with M.P. Bobysheva, M.P. Kurilko. As a thesis, she completed a layout and sketches of the scenery for A.M.’s play. Gorky "Summer Residents". Participant of exhibitions since 1938. Exhibited at foreign exhibitions in Germany, Belgium, France since 1950. Works by L.B. Deikina are in regional museums of Russia, in private collections in Russia and abroad.
