Born in Moscow in 1943. He considers Vladimir Nemukhin to be his teacher. Now lives and works in New York. According to the artist, his style is a synthesis of the Parisian and Moscow schools. The Moscow school is Falk, Elkonin, Nemukhin; Parisian - Pierre Soulages, Henri Lanskoy, Nicolas Destal, Polyakov. Takes an active part in cultural life and is a regular participant in numerous international exhibitions.
