Monumentalist. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Born in 1924 in Novosibirsk. Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts in 1962. Studied with V.N. Arakelov and P.M. Shumikhin. He has taken part in art exhibitions since 1951. He worked in the genres of portraits, landscapes, and thematic paintings. Paintings by Dyatlov B. are in private collections in Russia and abroad: Germany, France, Japan.
