Soviet painter, graphic artist. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (1977). At the Leningrad State Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after Repin, class A.A. Mylnikova (1964-1970). Since 1970, he lived in Vladimir during the period of the emergence and formation of the famous “Vladimir School of Painting,” but he not only did not fit into it, but in many ways opposed it, developing his own, easily recognizable style and language. Participant of regional, Russian, All-Union and international exhibitions since 1977. The artist’s works are in the Vladimir-Suzdal Museum, the reserve - the museum of Kovrov, Murom, Alexandrov, private collections in Russia and abroad.
