Efimov Boris Efimovich (born 1900, Kyiv - 2008, Moscow).

People's Artist of the USSR, full member of the USSR Academy of Arts, Honored Artist of the RSFSR, laureate of the Stalin Prize (1950, 1951). Soviet graphic artist, cartoonist. Since 1922, he collaborated with the newspapers Pravda, Izvestia, and the magazine Krokodil. He headed the Department of Visual Agitation of the Odessa branch of ROSTA (“YugROSTA”). In 1941-1945. collaborated with TASS Windows. Since 1966, editor-in-chief of the creative and production association "Agitplakat". In 1972 he received the USSR State Prize.
