Schedule. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. The works are in the Art Gallery of Krasnoarmeysk. She was born in Zurich, Switzerland, where her parents emigrated after the revolution of 1905. After the revolution of 1917, the family returned to Russia. Evgenia Edrickson studied at VKHUTEMAS in the classes of Kupriyanov and Favorsky (1924-1930). After graduation, she worked as an illustrator for the magazines "Pioneer" and "Friendly Guys", and in the 1930s she created posters for Izogiz. In the 1940s she worked in children's magazines "Murzilka" and "Pioneer". In the late 1940s and 1950s she illustrated children's books. In the 1950s, she created a series of lithographs and gouache works on the theme of Russian folk epics and fairy tales. In the 1970s - a series of works based on V. Mayakovsky’s poem “Vladimir Ilyich Lenin”.
