Epifanov Gennady Dmitrievich (1900, Rostov, Yaroslavl province - 1985).

Corresponding member of the USSR Academy of Arts (since 1975). He studied at VKhUTEIN in Leningrad (1925-1930) with V.D. Zamirailo, D.I. Mitrokhina. Personal exhibitions took place in 1947 and 1972. (in Leningrad), in Prague (1959 and 1970), Brno (1959). The artist's works are in the State Russian Museum, the Pushkin Museum. A.S. Pushkin.
