Епишин Ю.А.

Epishin Yuri Alekseevich (born 1937, Kaluga).

In 1954-1957 Studied at the Yeletsk Art School, then at the Ivanovo Art School. Since 1957, he worked in the Kaluga branch of the KhF of the RSFSR. He illustrated and designed books for Kaluga and Prioksky book publishing houses. He was repeatedly elected as a member of the board of the Kaluga Regional Union of Artists. Participant of city and regional exhibitions since 1959. The artist's personal exhibitions were held in Kaluga (1987, 1997), in Tula (1989). The works are in the Kaluga Regional Art Museum and the Obraz OCG.
