Graphic artist, graphic designer. In 1905-1909 studied in Kharkov at the Arts and Crafts Workshop of Decorative Painting, in the studio of E.A. Shteiberg (1913-1914), then in Moscow at MUZHVZ (1912), studios of I.I. Mashkov and P.P. Konchalovsky (1912-1913). Participant of exhibitions since 1909. Designed public buildings and enterprises in Kharkov, streets and squares, exhibitions. He worked in industrial graphics, developed fonts, and painted book covers. A personal exhibition took place in Kharkov (1962). The artist’s works are in many regional museums, as well as in private collections in Russia and abroad.
