Yesalov Nikolai Stefanovich (Stepanovich) (1922)

Born in 1922 in the village. Gogolevka, Smolensk region. Studied at the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I.E. Repin (1944-50). In 1950-54 he studied at the Kazan College of Art. Since 1948 he began to participate in exhibitions. From the beginning of the 50s he lived and worked in Kazan, and from 1954 in Leningrad.
