Estis Oleg Nikolaevich

Artist, graphic artist, caricaturist. Born in Moscow into a family of artists Lyudmila and Nikolai Estis. He graduated from art school and the Moscow Art School "In Memory of 1905." Since 1985 - member of the Union of Artists of Russia, participant and laureate of many Moscow, all-Union and international exhibitions and competitions. 1988 - first prize at the International Exhibition "War to War" in Bulgaria. 1991 - "Grand Prix" of the International Caricature Competition in Belgium. 1993 - First prize at the International Press Drawing Festival in Brazil. 1999 - first prize at the International Cartoon Festival in Belgium. O. Estis first published his cartoons at the age of 13, since that time his work has been represented by hundreds of drawings in many Russian and foreign publications. Since 1977, he has collaborated with the book publishing houses “Children’s Literature”, “Malysh”, “SATUKUSTANNUS” (Finland), “KARTO” (Finland), etc. He regularly published in such magazines as “Murzilka”, “Funny Pictures”, “Crocodile”, “Theatre”, “Health”, etc. More than 30 personal exhibitions of the artist took place. in Russia, Germany and other countries.
