Filatov Vladimir Nikolaevich (1930 - 2016).

Born in the village. Solomino, Kursk region. Painter. Graduated in absentia from the Moscow NUM named after. Krupskaya (1968). Member of the National Union of Artists (1984). Honored Artist of the ARK (2001). The artist's works were presented at the exhibition "Energy of Crimea" at the State Tretyakov Gallery (2003). Lives and works in Evpatoria.
