Soviet artist. In 1917 she graduated from the Drawing School of the Society for the Encouragement of the Arts. From 1919 to 1925 she studied at the Russian Institute of Art History in the department of fine arts at the department of V.Ya. Kurbatova. In the 1920-1930s she worked as a textile designer in various institutions in Leningrad. From 1931 to 1934 she worked in the cooperative association of artists “IZO”. In 1939 - 1941, she led an experimental art laboratory at the Leningrad Haberdashery base, where she created styles and designs for embroidery. In 1944-1947 she worked at the State Public Library.
