Fomenko Vitaly Vasilievich

Student B.V. Ioganson. In 1952-1958 he studied at the painting department of the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I. E. Repin under P. P. Belousov, L. V. Khudyakov, V. V. Sokolov, A. D. Zaitsev, B. V. Ioganson. In 1958 he graduated from the institute in the workshop of Professor B.V. Ioganson with the qualification of a painter. He has participated in exhibitions since 1958, exhibiting his works along with works by leading masters of fine art in Leningrad. He painted genre and historical paintings, landscapes, and portraits. In 1966 he was accepted as a member of the Leningrad Union of Artists. Author of the paintings "Landscape" (1962), "Dumas" (1964), "In the Native Land" (1965), "Correspondence Students" (1975) and others. His works are in museums and private collections in Russia, France, Great Britain, Finland and other countries.
