Galkin Alexey Fedorovich (1925, Voskresenskoye village, Mologsky district, Yaroslavl region - 1998, Chelyabinsk).

Painter. Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1967). Graduated from the Yaroslavl Art School (in 1950). Participant of exhibitions: All-Union – Magnitogorsk (1974); Republican - “Soviet Russia” (Moscow, 1974), “Artists of the Urals, Siberia, Far East” (Moscow, 1971), “Artists of Chelyabinsk” (Moscow, 1989); zonal - “Socialist Ural” (Sverdlovsk, 1964; Perm, 1967; Ufa, 1974); regional - since 1953. The works are in the exhibition fund of the ChOSKH, the Magnitogorsk Art Gallery, the Ust-Katava Palace of Culture, and the collection of Yu. T. Ageev.
