Born in Bashkiria, Ufa. From 1982 to 1986 she studied at a children's art school, from 1986 to 1990 at the Moscow Art Lyceum named after N.V. Tomsky at the Moscow State Academy of Arts named after V.I. Surikov. In 1998 she graduated from the easel graphics department of the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after Surikov. In 1998 she studied in creative workshops of the Russian Academy of Arts. In 2001, Gataullina was a prize-winner of the “Music in Painting” competition (Moscow – London). In the summer of 2006, Mileusha Gataullina was awarded the gold medal of the Academy of Arts of the Russian Federation. In 2007 Mileusha was awarded the prize of the Union of Artists of Russia.
