Gorinov Spartak Petrovich

I have been drawing since childhood. After the family moved to Kuibyshev (1935), he visited the art studio of the Palace of Pioneers and participated in children's drawing competitions. In 1946 he entered the 2nd year of the Penza Art School. He studied with Goryushkin-Sorokopudov. In 1953 he took part in an all-Union painting competition on a revolutionary theme and received an incentive prize. He made several trips to the construction of the Kuibyshev hydroelectric power station and created a series of drawings. In 1956 he began working at the Art Fund. Since that time, he has been a regular participant in art exhibitions. In 1957 S.P. Gorinov worked at the creative dacha Senezh under the guidance of the famous Soviet artist A.P. Bubnova. Since 1960 - member of the Union of Artists, then Chairman of the Board of the Kuibyshev Regional Organization of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR. In 1968 he moved to Ulyanovsk. Personal exhibition of works by S.P. Gorinova took place in Ulyanovsk (1975). The artist’s works are in the Kuibyshev Art Museum, many regional museums, and in private collections in Russia and abroad.
