Soviet artist. Member of the Kharkov organization of the Union of Artists (1958). In 1933-1938 she studied at the Kharkov State Art School. In 1947 she graduated from the Kharkov Art Institute. Since 1949 - participant of city, regional and republican exhibitions. Gorodetskaya's personal exhibition was held in Kharkov in 1976 (posthumously). The author's works are presented in regional museums of Russia, as well as in private collections.
