Granovsky Samuel (1889 – 1942).

He studied at the Academy of Arts in Odessa. In 1900 he went to Paris. He was engaged in sculpture and painting. He painted mainly folk scenes. Among Montparnasse bohemia, Granovsky was considered one of the most colorful figures. He was arrested in July 1942 and sent to a camp.
