Gremitskikh Vladimir Georgievich (1916, Novosibirsk - 1991, Moscow).

In 1936 he graduated from the Moscow Isotechnic School in memory of 1905, and studied with M. Sokolov. In 1942 he graduated from the Moscow State Art Institute. V.I. Surikov, studied with P.D. Pokarzhevsky and S.V. Gerasimova. During the war he was an artist at the Military Academy of Armored Forces. Since 1945, participant of exhibitions and member of the Moscow Union of Artists. He was awarded diplomas from the Ministry of Agriculture of the RSFSR, the Ministry of Agriculture of the RSFSR, and the MGO HF of the RSFSR. He was a member of the commission on ideological and creative issues of the Moscow Union of Artists of the RSFSR. Author of portraits, landscapes, still lifes, genre scenes. A regular participant in Moscow, regional, republican and all-Union art exhibitions since 1947. The artist’s works are in the art museum of Samara and other cities.
