He studied in an art workshop with O.E. Braza, M.V. Dobuzhinsky, A.E. Yakovleva. Participated in exhibitions of the World of Art and Academy of Arts associations. Personal exhibitions were held in Leningrad (1938, 1946). The artist’s works are in the State Russian Museum and in many other museum collections.
