Guzhavin Mikhail Markelovich (1880-1931).

Russian landscape painter. He studied at the Academy of Arts (VKhU at the Academy of Arts) from 1911 to 1917. at N.N. Dubovsky. In 1917 he received the title of artist, the right to foreign pensions and prizes named after. brothers I.I. and S.I. Endogurovs and A.I. Kuindzhi. He has exhibited since 1911 (exhibitions of the Academy of Arts, the Society of Artists, the A.I. Kuindzhi Society, etc.). Represented in the collections of the State Russian Museum, Krasnodar Art Museum, Dnepropetrovsk State Art Museum, etc., as well as in private collections.
