Iglovikov Vladimir Georgievich (BORN 1937).

Artist-painter, Member of the Union of Artists. V.G. Iglovikov graduated from the Moscow Regional Art School in Memory of 1905 in 1968, and while still studying at the school, he became a participant in art exhibitions, including republican, zonal, regional and city ones. The themes of his works were youth, female beauty, landscape motifs of the Moscow region and the North. Lyrical and major-celebratory paintings “Birch Watering Place”, “In the Bread”, “On the Free Wind”, “Suffering” and many others reveal the subtle lyrical soul of the painter. He often turns to the theme of fairy tales and folk beliefs, trying to embody the historical and cultural roots of the Russian people. Works by V.G. Iglovikov’s works are in the Tobolsk History and Art Museum, in private collections in Russia, the USA, Japan, and Germany.
