French and Russian artist, painter, landscape painter. He was educated at the Marseille School of Fine Arts under the guidance of R. Renier and J.-B. Olivier. He traveled to Italy and the Middle East, where he honed his artistic skills for ten years. Since 1890 he settled in Paris. He exhibited his works at the Paris Salon in 1899, 1902, 1904–1906, 1908–1912, as well as at the Champs-Elysees Salon. The artist's works were awarded with awards such as an honorary diploma and the Grand Prix at the National Labor Exhibition in Paris. Later, Isailov was awarded the title of Knight of the Legion of Honor. In 1921, a large personal exhibition of the master was held at the Salon of the National Society of Fine Arts. The author's works are presented in various museum and private collections in France and Russia.
