Alexander Vladimirovich Ishin was born in 1941 in Ufa during evacuation. Since 1942 he has lived in Moscow. Graduated from the Moscow Secondary Art School at the Institute. Surikov in 1960, then in 1966 he graduated from the Moscow State Art Institute. V.I. Surikov, workshop of theatrical painting of the painting faculty. His teachers were V.F. Ryndin and M.M. Kurilko. While still a student, A. Ishin was on a creative trip to Norilsk in 1965 and then wrote a series of paintings dedicated to the life of the northern city. Since 1967, member of the Union of Artists. Sphere of creative activity of A.V. Ishina is diverse. He worked in many genres. His works on the facades and interiors of public buildings are made in various techniques: relief, mosaic, tempera painting, wood carving, etc. They are distinguished by their depth, philosophical reflection of the world, and organic connection with architecture. Since 2002, Ishin has headed the Russian International Center for Creative Rehabilitation of Disabled People, being at the same time the rector of the State Specialized Institute of Arts. In his scientific and methodological articles, he summarized the experience of the department of fine arts, the institute as a whole, and his own creative and pedagogical experience. Works by A.V. Ishin's works are presented in the Russian Museum in St. Petersburg, in the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow, in other museums in Russia, as well as in museums and private collections in Germany, the USA, France, Italy, the Netherlands, England and Israel.
